1.1 kV Instrumentation Cables (Shielded & Screened)

PRIMECAB Instrumentation cables are specifically engineered for data transmission in process control, communication, and signaling systems. These cables ensure that signals remain clean and interference-free, even in environments with heavy electrical "noise" (EMI/RFI).

Construction Anatomy

To maintain signal purity, our cables feature a multi-layered defense:

  • 1. Conductor: High-purity Annealed Bare or Tinned Copper (Solid, Stranded, or Flexible).
  • 2. Insulation: PVC, Polyethylene (PE), or XLPE.
  • 3. Bifurcation (Pairs/Triads/Quads): Cores are twisted into pairs or triads or quads to cancel out electromagnetic interference.
  • 4. Individual & Overall Screening: AL-Mylar Tape with a Tinned Copper Drain Wire for 100% coverage.
  • 5. Braided Screening: for superior mechanical and high-frequency protection.
  • 6. Inner Sheath: Provides a smooth bedding layer of PVC and protects them from the armour.
  • 7. Armouring: Galvanized Steel Wire/Formed Wire (Strip) for mechanical protection in hazardous areas.
  • 8. Outer Sheath: Special PVC (FR/FRLS/LSZH) designed to be oil, chemical, and UV resistant.
